So after a meeting with my tutor, and much forethought about my final edit and about which images i was going to print, I reevaluated my edit and have decided to change it.
I would consider myself to be a pretty good editor when it comes to choosing images, but when I was making my edit, I think i had too many people trying to help me and i was too easily swayed into choosing images that i might not have wanted to fully include myself.
My new edit, i feel shows a stronger narrative, and are all much stronger and better images than the first edit i made. As a whole sequence the images are all really strong, but also individually are so much stronger than some of the ones that were in my first edit.
The next few posts are about my new final edit and the images I've chosen to print as well. I feel like this version is a lot stronger and tells more of a story about Midwinter than the one before.
